A beautiful expression of the Cabernet Sauvignon grape combined with the soil and climate of the Trissino hills. The vines have an average age of over twenty five years, fermentation and ageing in 80 hl oak barrels for twelve months and then in bottle for a further twelve months contribute to the structure and complexity of this wine.
