Our Riesling is produced from vineyards on the Estate planted in the early years of the twentieth century, when Girolamo Dalle Ore imported cuttings of Riesling from the Rhine region of Germany. Wisely the cuttings were taken using “massal selection” meaning that the plants are not genetically identical. These extraordinary vines have found in our vineyard, an ideal terroir and became the most prestigious vineyard of Bertolà
