Rosé - Sparkling Sur lie

Klos is the latest born in the Dalle Ore house. Tradition and innovation have led us to sparkle the Cabernet Sauvignon. Harvested by hand, pressed and left to remain on the skins, fermented only on the must.

On the nose a breath of freshly blossomed spring flowers. A delicate effervescence leads the palate to the freshness of the fruit like strawberry and raspberry, and reveals a balanced structure.

Very fine bubble, very digestible, delicately citrine.
